Bicycle Pedestrian Coordinating Committee (BPCC) Meeting

As mentioned in the staff report for Agenda Item 5, below are the links to the two additional chapters. Also below are updated chapters 1 and 10. In Chapter 1, the updates cover all of Page 5. In Chapter 10, the updates are only in Pages 143 and 144, and they are shown highlighted.
Chapter 1 – Introduction: The ‘About this Feasibility Study’ section on Page 5 has been extensively updated.
Chapter 2 – New Public Involvement Chapter
Chapter 10 – Trail Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Security: The highlighted areas on pages 143 and 144 have been updated
Chapter 11 – New Findings Chapter
The BPCC includes citizens and local and state agencies’ staff responsible for bicycle and pedestrian planning for their respective agencies. The BPCC coordinates bicycle/pedestrian planning activities among these agencies and reviews funding for bicyclists and pedestrians in state and federal-aid transportation projects. It also advises the MPO board about development of the bicycle/pedestrian element of its transportation plan and makes recommendations regarding funding for bicyclist/pedestrian projects in FDOT’s five year work program.
