DESCRIPTION:Click here for more information about the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board. \nThe Lee County MPO Board has 18 members\, including all five county commissioners\, elected officials representing each incorporated area (city\, town\, or village)\, plus the Florida Department of Transportation District 1 Secretary or his designee.  The Board provides direction in planning future transportation improvements and projects. \nPublic comments may be submitted by e-mail to dscott@leempo.com\, faxed to (239)-790-2695 or mailed to P.O. Box 150045 Cape Coral\, FL 33915-0045. Public comments received by 5:00 p.m. of the business day prior to the meeting will be presented to the MPO Board at the meeting. Public comments may also be made in-person at the meeting on the meeting day. \nPublic participation is solicited without regard to race\, color\, national origin\, sex\, age\, disability\, religion\, or family status. Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact Calandra Barraco with the Lee County MPO at 239-330-2243 or by email at cbarraco@leempo.com at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
