AMENDMENT TO THE MPO’S
FY 2022/2023 THROUGH FY 2026/2027 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP) AND UPDATE THE FEDERAL
AND STATE PRIORITY LIST
The Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization Board held a Public Hearing and approved an
amendment to the FY 2022/2023 through FY 2026/2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to add
the roll forward report. The roll forward report includes transportation projects that are
scheduled to be authorized in the prior approved TIP by June 30th, but for various reasons the
projects did not get authorized, completed or the project funding was not fully expended and these
projects are then added to the new TIP. The roll forward report for review can be reviewed at the link below.
The Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization Board also held a public hearing and approved the update to the federal and state funded priorities list to include the Cape Coral Bridge project. The updated
priorities for review are included in the link below. Additional information on the meeting can be

The meeting was held on September 16, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Lee County Administration East
Facility, 2201 Second Street, Room 118, Fort Myers, Florida. This location is accessible by transit

day on Thursday, September 15, 2022 were presented to the MPO Board members on September 16,
2022, before the amendments were decided. Public comments were also accepted at the meeting beginning at 9:00am located at the Lee County Administration East Facility, 2201 Second Street, Room 118, Fort Myers, Florida.
