A PUBLIC HEARING IS SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 21, 2022 AT 9:00AM
WHERE THE MPO BOARD WILL CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO THE MPO’S
FY 2021/2022 THROUGH FY 2025/2026 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP)

The Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider an
amendment to the FY 2021/2022 through FY 2025/2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
to add the design phase in the current fiscal year for adding a sidewalk to the US 41 Caloosahatchee

The meeting will be held on January 21, 2022 at 9:00am in the Lee County Administration East Facility,
2201 Second Street, Room 118, Fort Myers, Florida. This location is accessible by transit using
LeeTran Route 20 and more information on service can be found at www.rideleetran.com.

mailed to P.O. Box 150045 Cape Coral, FL 33915-0045. Written comments received by the end of the
business day on Thursday, January 20, 2022 will be presented to the MPO Board members at the
meeting on January 21, 2022, where the amendment will be decided. Public comments may also be
made at the meeting on at 9:00am located at the Lee County Administration East Facility, 2201 Second
Street, Room 118, Fort Myers, Florida.
