The committee includes citizens and government, social service agency, and consumer representatives. It monitors the community transportation coordinator’s (CTC) performance in providing transportation services to disadvantaged people. The current CTC for Lee County is LeeTran. The LCB shall meet as often as necessary in order to meet its responsibilities. However, the Board shall meet at least quarterly as required by Chapter 427.0157, F.S. The LCB meetings are usually held at 10:00 a.m. in the Green Room of the Cape Coral Public Works Building, 815 Nicholas Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL.
