Traffic Management and Operations Committee (TMOC)

The committee explores engineering solutions besides road construction that will help move traffic more efficiently. It considers proposed projects for traffic signals, roundabouts, and intersection improvements and makes recommendations to the MPO board for its transportation plan and FDOT’s five year work program. TMOC meetings shall be held bi-monthly on the second Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., or as necessary, to accomplish the tasks assigned to the TMOC by these bylaws, the Unified Planning Work Program, and the Public Involvement Plan. The TMOC meetings are generally held at Collaboratory, 2031 Jackson Street, Fort Myers, FL.
