The Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization invites you to attend the Federal Certification Review Kick-off Meeting on April 30, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at 815 Nicholas Parkway East, Room 200
Cape Coral, FL 33990.
Notification is given that the Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is being reviewed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to assure the MPO’s activities, practices, and policies are in compliance with Federal policies and laws.
The MPO is responsible for establishing priorities to meet short-term (next 5 years) and long-term (20+ years) multi-modal transportation needs. The public meeting is an important part of the federal review process that is required every four years for Transportation Management Areas (TMA).
The Federal review team would like to hear from you directly at the public meeting, or via mail or email. If you are unable to attend the meeting, public comment forms are available at the Lee County MPO office at 815 Nicholas Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33990 or by visiting the MPO website at:
